- Preparation of items for display including, sorting, cleaning, washing, lighting and tasteful display of your items on tables, in lockable showcases and on risers to facilitate viewing. We do not just come in and tag it. Most sales require the full week of the sale for preparation. Remember, when in doubt don't throw it out, a common mistake is to toss out items without checking their marketablity.
- We research values, price all items and keep an accurate record of items sold in numbered sales books. Payment of sale proceeds is within seven days of sale end.
I, and many on our staff have advanced training in antique and residential contents valuation and rely extensively on this training to fairly evaluate estates.
Antiques are not a prerequisite for a sale, contemporary, household and quality common items in good condition are always in demand. We encourage you to keep items desired by family and should we find items of a personal nature they will be kept aside for you.

We provide adequate knowledgeable staffing and security to satisfy client and customer needs.

We advertise in the State Journal and all Community News editions as well as our extensive e-mail subscriber list notification that includes sale photos and a complete sale listing. Our attendance over a two day sale is 400 to 1000+ customers.
- We offer signage at strategic area locations plus precise driving directions are available by using the mapquest directions checkbox on the estate sale page of this site.
- At sale end we empty the home or consolidate any leftovers to a central area, so that you can arrange for the pickup of any unsold items by local charity groups and broom clean the areas used.
Many realtors request our services because we are known for how we prep our sales, both before and after. An estate sale provides excellent exposure for homes that are currently on the market since more people visit estate sales than any other time a house is for sale.
- Our sales commission is based on an overview that considers an estimate of labor time combined with an estimate of the sale gross and is discussed during our free consultation.
- Payment is issued within ten days for items sold minus our commission fee. Documentation of proceeds is provided with payment.
- We will provide references on request and we are insured.
